Mario Pepper is a quiz application where users can compete against friends by answering quiz questions.

Users can:

• Log in using Apple Login or Google Login
• Create a profile with name and photo
• Compete in quiz games
• View scores and rankings
• Add friends
• Participate in leaderboards
• Block other users

Quiz questions are created and owned by Jmind AB. Users cannot create their own quiz questions.

3. Eligibility

The App is available to users of all ages.

If you are under the age required to enter into legal agreements in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

To use the App, you must sign in using:

• Apple Login, or
• Google Login

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use an appropriate username
• Upload appropriate profile images

You are responsible for maintaining access to your login provider.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames or profile photos
• Cheat or manipulate quiz results
• Attempt to hack or interfere with the App
• Use bots or automated systems
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data

Jmind AB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Subscriptions

Mario Pepper is free to download and use. Some features and quiz content require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions:

• Are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Renew automatically unless cancelled
• Can be managed through your app store account

Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies.

7. Data Storage

The App stores the following information:

• Name
• Profile photo
• Scores
• Game history
• Friends list
• Rankings and leaderboard data

Users can delete their account at any time within the App.

When an account is deleted, all personal data is permanently removed immediately.

Note: You should also publish a separate Privacy Policy describing what you collect, why, and how users can contact you.

8. Notifications and Emails

By using the App, you agree that Mario Pepper may send:

• App notifications
• Service-related emails

These may include:

• Game activity
• Updates
• Service messages

You can control notifications in your device settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the App is owned by Jmind AB, including quiz questions, design, graphics, software, logos, and content.

You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission.

10. Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

Jmind AB does not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or operate without interruptions. We may modify or discontinue the App at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jmind AB is not liable for loss of data, loss of scores, service interruptions, technical issues, or indirect or consequential damages.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
